At Resume Creator App (“we” or “us”), a subsidiary of America’s Interview, we value the privacy of individuals who use our websites and related services (collectively, our “Services”).
This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and share the personal information of users of our Services (“users,” “you,” or “your”).
By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Notice.

Job Applications.

• Use generative AI applications (via ChatGPT, Instagram, Jotform, and other third-party vendors) to create resumes, job matches, and career advice.

We may share information with service providers retained in connection with providing our Services. These companies may use this information to help us operate and improve our Services.

Affiliates and Representatives.
We may share your information with our affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives as needed in order to provide our services.

Other Users.
Content you post on our websites (or publicly on another site) may be visible to other users. 

Advertising and Analytics Partners.
We work with service providers and analytics/advertising partners to collect and process data about how you use our Services. These partners may also collect data about your use of other websites or apps. Our partners include (but are not limited to):

We may share information with event partners or co-sponsors to facilitate events you register for.

Mergers or Asset Transfers.
We may transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.  You will be notified via this privacy notice on our website in the terms and you have an option to opt out. Otherwise your information will remain subject to this Privacy Notice.

Consent. We may disclose your information with your permission. We are not liable for how our partners use your data once you enter their sites.

Safety is taken seriously at Resume Creator App. 

When using our Services, you agree:

• To  provide accurate, truthful information.
• Not to upload or transmit unlawful, offensive, or defamatory material.
• To use  AI chatbots only for lawful, professional purposes.
• Not to scrape the resume creator tool
• Not to  post false or misleading statements about others or our company.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

Our job board scrapes listings from other job sites and compiles them for easier browsing.
We are not the recruiters for these roles. All applications and inquiries should be directed to the listed employer. America’s Interview and Resume Creator App are not liable for hiring outcomes and do not guarantee employment.

                                          AI and Automated Services Continued

Our chatbots and résumé tools may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) from third-party providers including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic, Meta, Google, Microsoft, and Jotform.
By using these tools, you understand that:

• Your input may be processed by external AI systems subject to their pri

                policies.

• We take steps to limit personal data sharing and do not use your information      to train our own models.
• AI outputs may contain errors. You should review all generated content before use.
• We disclaim responsibility for AI-generated inaccuracies, and you agree to use these features at your discretion.

• Communications: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link provided in the message. Administrative emails may still be sent.
   
• Cookies: You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Visit aboutcookies.org for more information.
   
• Advertising Partners: Review Google, Meta, and LinkedIn policies to manage ad settings. Some partners participate in the Network Advertising Initiative or Digital Advertising Alliance.

By accessing or using third-party resources, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of those services.

Indemnification Clause:
By using this Service or any third-party services, you agree not to hold Resume Creator App or America’s Interview liable.
We assume no responsibility for misuse of data by external apps, plug-ins, advertisers, or linked sites.

We use administrative, technological, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
While we take reasonable measures, no system is 100% secure.
We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from children under 13.

Users aged 14–17 should only use this site with parental or educational supervision.
Our Services are intended for mature audiences.

Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for U.S. users.
If you access our Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and other regions where we operate.

All text, graphics, videos, templates, software, and AI-generated content created by or for Resume Creator App and America’s Interview are our intellectual property.

You may:

• Use generated résumés, cover letters, or materials for personal career      purposes.

You may not:

• Reproduce, esell, or distribute our templates, AI outputs, or training data.
• Use our brand names, logos, or trademarks without permission.

Violations may result in legal action or termination of access.

11. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)and similar laws, you may:

• Request access to personal information we hold.
• Request  correction or deletion of that information.
• Opt  out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@resumecreatorapp.comor use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link when available.

13. Children’s Privacy

We comply with COPPA and do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If a minor has submitted data, contact jaclyn@resumecreatorapp.com for removal.
Users aged 14–17 should use our site under parental or educational supervision.

We may update this Privacy Notice periodically.
Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
For material changes, we may also provide notice via email or banner.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our  Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for third-party websites, apps, or AI vendors.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and the Privacy Notice are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

For refunds, requests must be made within 24 hours of a scheduled service. Beyond that, exchanges may be offered but not refunds. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

We are not responsible or liable for content posted by users.
We reserve the right to remove content deemed fake, misleading, or inappropriate.
Notifications may or may not be sent upon removal.

You may cancel or close your account at any time.
If you suspect violence or threats, report it immediately to local law enforcement.

Users must act professionally. This site is intended to support career development, not political discussion.Free speech is valued but must remain relevant to business and professional topics.

• You may disagree with recommendations or close your account at any time.
   
• You may cancel or reschedule meetings with 24-hour notice and be refunded for your service. Refunds after 24 hours are provided only if unprofessional behavior occurred during a meeting.
• You have the right to exchange your "ResumecCreator" Resume.
   

We offer an affiliate program for referrals to our paid services (Resume Review, Interview Prep, Social Networking, and Relocation Q&A).
Affiliates receive a 10% referral fee for completed, paid services.
Affiliates are not employees and this does not create a formal contract.
We are not obligated to pay referral fees for cancellations or unpaid services.

America’s Interview and Resume Creator App reserve the right to merge, sell, or transfer data to another company in the event of acquisition.
